Grinding Service Guarantee
What's Covered
- Target not met: If your grinder doesn't reach the agreed-upon target (rep level, badge count, OVR), you get a full refund or re-grind at no cost.
- Account safety: All grinds are hand-played by verified human grinders. No bots, no scripts, no automation. Zero ban risk.
- Timeline overrun: If your order takes significantly longer than the estimated delivery, staff will intervene and either reassign or compensate.
- Progress tracking: Staff monitors every active order. You can check status anytime via your ticket.
Account Marketplace Protection
Escrow & Middleman
- Staff-controlled transfer: Your payment is held in escrow. SP staff takes control of the account during transfer, verifies it matches the listing, changes all credentials, and hands it off to you.
- 14-day standard warranty: If the account gets recovered, banned, or stops working within 14 days of purchase, you get a full refund. No questions asked.
- 30-day extended warranty: Available as a paid add-on for high-value accounts. Same coverage, longer window.
- Account mismatch: If the account doesn't match what was listed (wrong builds, missing badges, different rep level), you can dispute within 72 hours of delivery for a full refund.
How Disputes Work
Resolution Process
- Open a ticket in our Discord server describing the issue.
- Staff reviews within 4 hours. We pull order history, chat logs, and grinder records.
- Resolution within 48 hours. Possible outcomes: full refund, partial refund, re-grind, or account replacement.
- Evidence matters. Screenshots, before/after stats, and communication logs are used to resolve disputes fairly.
What's Not Covered
- Accounts banned due to your own actions after transfer (cheating, exploits, TOS violations).
- Price changes or buyer's remorse after service completion.
- Issues reported after the warranty window expires.
- Third-party modifications or access granted to others after delivery.
