When you find an account you want, sign in and open a ticket through our Discord server or use the "Sign In to Purchase" option on the listing page. Once the seller accepts, our middleman team sets up a secure escrow transaction. You send payment to our escrow, the seller transfers the account, and once you verify everything checks out, the funds are released to the seller. The entire process is handled through our Discord with staff oversight.
To sell your account, submit a listing through our website or Discord bot. You will need to provide screenshots of your account stats, rep level, build details, and the platform it is on. Set your asking price and our team will review and verify the listing. Once approved, your account goes live on the marketplace. When a buyer shows interest, you negotiate through our Discord, and the transaction is handled via our escrow service. You receive payment after the buyer confirms the account transfer is complete.
Yes. Security is the foundation of our platform. Every listing goes through a manual verification process before it appears on the marketplace. All transactions are handled through our escrow middleman service, which means your money is held securely until both parties confirm the deal is complete. We never allow direct sales between buyers and sellers without escrow. Our Discord community also maintains a transparent review system so you can check a seller's track record before making a purchase. If anything goes wrong, our staff team is available to mediate and resolve disputes.
Most account transfers are completed within 1 to 24 hours after payment is received by escrow. The exact timing depends on the seller's availability. Console transfers on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S typically involve changing the email and password associated with the account, which can be done quickly. Our middleman team stays in the transaction channel throughout the process to make sure everything goes smoothly. If a transfer takes longer than expected, staff will follow up with both parties to keep things moving.
We currently support PlayStation 5 (PS5) and Xbox Series X/S only. We do not list PS4, Xbox One, Switch, or PC accounts. When browsing the marketplace, every listing clearly shows the platform so there is no confusion. If you are on another platform, join our Discord and say hi, but know that we do not onboard accounts outside of Xbox and PS5 right now.
Payment methods are coordinated through our escrow service during the transaction process. Commonly accepted methods include PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, and cryptocurrency. The specific methods available may vary depending on the middleman handling your transaction. All payments go through escrow first - you never send money directly to the seller. Our staff will confirm the accepted payment options when your transaction is set up.
If any issue arises during a transaction, our staff team steps in to mediate. Because all funds are held in escrow, no money is released until both parties are satisfied. If the account does not match the listing description, if the seller fails to transfer, or if there is any dispute, our team investigates and determines the appropriate resolution. To become a verified seller, join our Discord server and open a verification ticket. Our staff will walk you through the process, which includes verifying your identity and confirming that you have legitimate accounts to sell. Once verified, you can create listings that appear on the public marketplace. Verified sellers receive a badge on their profile and listings, which builds trust with buyers. The verification process is designed to be straightforward while filtering out bad actors. Maintaining your verified status requires following our community rules and completing transactions honestly.
Open a ticket in our Discord and tell us your current rep level and target. We assign a verified grinder who logs into your account and plays games to increase your rep. All grinds are hand-played by real humans with no bots or scripts. You get updates throughout the process and your account is returned when the target is reached.
No. All our grinds are done by hand with real gameplay. We do not use bots, scripts, exploits, or any automation that would trigger anti-cheat systems. Our grinders use VPN protection matched to your region to avoid suspicious login flags. We have completed thousands of orders with a zero ban rate.
It depends on your starting level and target. A typical grind from 60 to 99 overall takes 3 to 7 days depending on grinder availability and the specific build. Badge grinding varies by badge count. Your grinder will give you an estimated timeline when assigned.
SP membership gives you discounts on every order, priority queue access, and exclusive perks. Three tiers: Starter (5% off), Veteran (12% off, skip-the-line), and Legend (20% off, dedicated grinder, same-day start). If you order regularly, the membership pays for itself after one or two orders.
Yes. You can cancel anytime through the membership page on our website or by running /cancel-membership in our Discord server. Your benefits stay active until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
Stripe will automatically retry failed payments a few times over the next week. Your membership stays active during retries. If all retries fail, your subscription is cancelled and your member role is removed at the next sync. You can resubscribe anytime from the membership page.
Yes. Use /subscribe in our Discord server to switch tiers. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are credited for any unused time on your current plan. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
After receiving a transferred account, immediately change the email and password associated with it. Enable two-factor authentication if available. Remove any linked payment methods from the previous owner. If you need help with any of these steps, open a ticket and our team will walk you through it at no extra charge.
Check your ticket channel in Discord for the latest update from your grinder or staff. If there has been no update in 24 hours, reply in the ticket channel and tag staff. If you cannot find your ticket, open a new one referencing your original order. Our team monitors all active orders and will get back to you as soon as possible.
