Discord user ID, username, avatar, and email (if scoped)
Gamertag, platform (Xbox/PSN), and account details for listings
Contact information (name, email, phone) when submitting seller intake forms
Screenshots, console serial numbers, and other verification evidence
Order notes, ticket messages, and support communications

b. Payment Information

We do not store credit card or banking details. All payments are processed by Stripe under their security standards (PCI DSS Level 1). We receive only transaction metadata (amount, timestamp, status) sufficient to fulfill your order.

c. Automatic Collection

When you visit the Platform we may collect:

IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system
Pages viewed, time spent, referral source, and interaction events
Cookies and similar technologies for session management and analytics

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and its services
Process transactions, fulfill orders, and deliver grinding services

Grinders and staff: Order details, gamertag, and ticket messages are shared with assigned grinders and Service Plug staff solely to complete your order.
Payment processors: Stripe receives the data necessary to process your payment.
Service providers: Hosting providers (Railway), analytics tools, and email services that help us operate the Platform, under contractual confidentiality.
Discord: Authentication and role management require data exchange with Discord subject to their Privacy Policy.
Legal compliance: If required by law, subpoena, or to prevent fraud, harm, or illegal activity.
Business transfers: If we sell or transfer the business, your information may transfer subject to this Policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the services and fulfill our legal obligations:

Account credentials: Purged automatically within 48-72 hours of order completion
Order records: Retained for 7 years for tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes
Ticket messages: Retained until manually archived or deleted by staff
Listings: Retained indefinitely for marketplace history, with PII redacted from public views
Analytics data: Retained in aggregated form; individual identifiers anonymized after 24 months
