Terms of Service

By accessing or using the 2K Service Plug platform, including our website, Discord server, and any associated services (collectively, "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Account Usage

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account or participating in transactions, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your Discord account and any login information associated with the Platform. You agree to notify our staff immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Each user may maintain only one active account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, restrictions, or reputation systems is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent removal from the Platform.

2K Service Plug reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if we determine that a user has violated these terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the community.

2. Transactions

All transactions conducted through the Platform must use our escrow middleman service. Direct trades between buyers and sellers outside of the escrow system are not sanctioned by 2K Service Plug, and we assume no liability for transactions conducted outside of our official process.

Sellers are required to provide accurate and complete information about the accounts they list for sale, including but not limited to: platform, rep level, overall rating, build details, and any relevant screenshots. Misrepresenting an account's attributes, condition, or status constitutes a violation of these terms.

Buyers acknowledge that gaming accounts are digital goods and that ownership transfers involve inherent risks. While 2K Service Plug takes every reasonable precaution to verify listings and secure transactions, we cannot guarantee the long-term availability or status of any gaming account after the transfer is complete.

Transaction fees, if applicable, will be disclosed prior to the completion of any transaction. 2K Service Plug reserves the right to modify fee structures with reasonable notice to the community.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following guidelines:

If an account does not match the description provided in the listing, the buyer may request a full refund before confirming receipt of the account. Once a buyer confirms that the account has been received and verified, the transaction is considered final.

If a seller fails to complete the account transfer within the agreed-upon timeframe, the buyer is entitled to a full refund of the escrowed funds. Our staff team will make reasonable efforts to contact the seller before initiating a refund.

Refund requests must be submitted through our Discord support system. Refunds are processed using the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

2K Service Plug reserves the right to deny refund requests that we determine to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

Listing or selling accounts that you do not own or do not have authorization to sell
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information in account listings
Attempting to conduct transactions outside of the escrow system to avoid fees or oversight
Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users, staff members, or middlemen
Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any form of financial fraud
Attempting to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's infrastructure
Creating fake reviews, vouches, or testimonials
Impersonating staff members, middlemen, or other users
Sharing, distributing, or selling personal information of other users
Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform without authorization

Violations of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of escrowed funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

5. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 2K Service Plug makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Platform or any content therein.

2K Service Plug is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Take-Two Interactive, 2K Sports, Visual Concepts, or any other game publisher or developer. All game-related trademarks and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

2K Service Plug does not guarantee the outcome of any transaction. While we implement security measures including escrow, verification, and staff oversight, we cannot be held liable for losses arising from user negligence, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Users acknowledge that the sale and purchase of gaming accounts may violate the terms of service of the respective game publishers. 2K Service Plug does not encourage or endorse violations of any third-party terms of service, and users engage in account trading at their own risk.

2K Service Plug reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such changes.
